Aaliyah Joao, a recent graduate of Kapolei High School, opened the frozen treats shop at Obama Hale Marketplace as a way to further promote and sell her art. Cream and Sugar sells shave ice, açaí and smoothie bowls, and ice cream in their signature “bubble wrap” waffle cone. Open Monday-Saturday 10 am-8 pm, Sunday 10 am-5 pm.
